MENTORING SCHEMES

The GP Mentor Scheme is early in development within SWL and the vision is to offer mentor support to all newly qualified GPs across SWL. Funded by NHSE, the scheme will be delivered by experienced GPs wishing to help develop and support new entrants into the primary care workforce.
